Because our puppies are living animals that require special care and attention, our return and refund policies are designed to protect both the puppies and our customers.

By purchasing or reserving a puppy from Happy Tails Staffies, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return and Refund Policy.

To reserve a puppy, a deposit is required. This deposit ensures that the selected puppy is held exclusively for you and will not be offered to other potential buyers.

• All deposits are considered non-refundable.
• The deposit secures your puppy reservation until pickup or delivery.
• If the buyer cancels the purchase after placing a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.

If you need to cancel your puppy reservation, you must notify us as soon as possible. While deposits are non-refundable, in certain cases we may allow the deposit to be transferred to another available puppy from a future litter.

Such decisions are made at the discretion of Happy Tails Staffies.

All puppies from Happy Tails Staffies are carefully bred, examined, and provided with appropriate vaccinations and veterinary care before leaving for their new homes.

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a serious health condition within the timeframe stated in our Health Guarantee, buyers must notify us immediately and provide official veterinary documentation.

• Veterinary certification may be required.
• The puppy may need to be returned for evaluation.
• A replacement puppy may be offered depending on the situation.

In situations where a verified health issue is covered under our Health Guarantee, Happy Tails Staffies may offer a replacement puppy from a future litter. Replacement puppies are subject to availability and breeder approval.

Replacement puppies are typically offered instead of monetary refunds.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Family disagreements or personal circumstances
• Housing restrictions regarding pets
• Allergies discovered after adoption
• Failure to properly care for the puppy

If delivery services have already been arranged or transportation costs have been incurred, these fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for ensuring they are prepared to receive their puppy at the agreed time.

Our primary goal is to ensure that every Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy from Happy Tails Staffies finds a responsible and loving home. We carefully screen potential buyers and provide guidance to help ensure successful puppy ownership.
